DENKO has improved membrane separation by integrating technologies
for molecule design, polymerization, membrane system design
and material analysis. We market four types of separation
membranes, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration
(MF), and Gas Separation with five types of module configulations
(Tubular, Capillary, Spiral-wound, Cartidge and Plate and
frame). Furthermore, we supply small, experimental testing
equipment known as "Membrane Masters" as well as standard
packaged membrane systems. With these products and services,
NITTO DENKO has established itself as total, full service
membrane manfacturer. We built the first plant in Japan for
specializing in membrane production and endeavor to improve
the reliability, quality and performance of our membranes
and modules, making use of well established software technology
and expertise and our highly reliable analytical equipment.
Thus, NITTO DENKO is contributing to the progress of industries,
energy conservation and the preservation of environment.
The integration of semiconductor devices is advancing at a
rapid pace. Consequently, the scale of manufacturing facilities
and ultrapure water equipment is increasing at an accelerating
pace, and the amount of ultrapure water used for semiconductor
washing is also increasing year by year.
