Polyimide adhesive tape No.360A has a polyimide film backing
with excellent heat resistant properties. It is widely used
in such applications as the electrode insulation of lithium
ion secondary batteries and applications requiring heat resistant
masking, such as in part mounting reflow processes and the
manufacturing processes of all types of electronic components
etc. This tape contributes greatly to customer process innovations
in a variety of applications, such as in backing, adhesive,
processing shape etc.
